About Me

Hello, dearest Moon Voyager!

My name is Elif, and I am a psychologist and soon-to-be neuroscientist. I have been eager to learn about human motivations and behaviors all my life. It is why my learning journey started with psychology. Later, I do not know exactly when or how, but I found myself thinking about the little mystery in my head, the architecture of my yesterday, today, and tomorrow, my brain.

Well, I need to mention that I have been struggling with anxiety for over ten years. Thus, it was obvious that this little machine in my head was not functioning well enough. Could I have found any better reason to get to know it better and get it on my side? It is how my neuroscience journey began. It is fair to say that every step in my learning journey has been a paving stone to the bridge between my darkest emotions and brightest thoughts.

Am I anxiety-free now?

 Certainly, not!

But now I’ve made my worst enemy my best friend just by knowing my brain better!

I have tried various ways to improve my overall well-being, including therapy, nutrition, exercise, supplements, and meditation. Indeed, it has been a trial and error period in which I have done many self-experimentations to find what works best for me. You are unique as you are, and I can not promise you that what worked for me would also work for you. However, my aim is to provide you with many alternative ways to improve your well-being further. 

Well, if you have read it this far, then I can gladly say that you have taken the first step to get you over the moon. Take one step further and help yourself today to become the best of yourself! Let’s take this journey together!
